Storefronts

NYC Planning has proposed to amend zoning for storefront districts of the Upper West Side.

The storefront projects pictured required NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission approval. The zoning is as-of-right. We designed a custom typeface for the Chanin Building storefronts along the 42 Street facade.
